RETURNS

Please note that return policies are not the same in-store and online.

  • Please note that you have 30 days from the date of reception of your order to ask for a return
    and send back your package through mail.
  • All items must be returned in their original state: they must not have been worn, washed or altered and  be free of stains, rips, pulls, hair, fur or perfume.
  • The original tag must still be attached to the item.
  • Must Boutique does not cover return fees. Postal fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
  • We do not refund shipping fees, taxes applied on them nor custom fees for international orders.
  • Regular priced items are eligible for a refund, a store credit or an exchange. If you chose the store credit option, you will receive a 5$ bonus
  • Sale items cannot be reimbursed but are eligible for a store credit (without bonus) or an exchange.
  • Certain occasion dresses, as indicated on their product page, are subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note upon processing the return if you choose these options.
  • Items marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessories (excluding shoes, sunglasses and veils), lingerie (excluding bralettes), swimsuits, gift cards and home decor items are final sale.
  • Reporting of a defective item must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at info@muststboutique.ca and submit a picture of the problem so we can find the best solution to your situation.

START THE RETURN OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

1. Start a return request HERE

2. Write the return number on the return sticker provided and stick it on the top of your package. This step is mandatory.

3. Your return will be processed within 6 business days following the reception of your package. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

Our customer service department is committed to processing your return request as quickly as possible, within the next 24 hours following your request. You will then receive an email informing you of its status :)
