Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping fees, taxes applied to shipping, and customs fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Yes. Please note that customs duties and international fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of reception of your order to request a return and send your package back.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free of stains, rips, pulls, hair, fur, or perfume
  • With original tags attached

Return shipping fees are not covered by Must Boutique. Postal fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Regular priced items:

  • Store credit (+$5 bonus if credit is selected)

Sale items:

  • Store credit (no bonus)

Final sale items:
Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Certain occasion dresses may be subject to a restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund or credit if applicable.

  1. Submit a return request online.
  2. Write the return number on the provided return sticker and attach it to your package (mandatory).
  3. Returns are processed within 6 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

FRANCHISING

Must Boutique offers a turnkey franchise package designed to help you focus on maximizing sales while we support merchandising, inventory management, and store design.

We provide:

  • Exclusive Must Boutique® interior design
  • ongoing merchandising support
  • Weekly (sometimes daily during peak seasons) inventory replenishment
  • Real-time IT stock system integration
  • Opening team assistance (merchandising, IT, staff training, window dressing)

The estimated investment to open a Must Boutique® franchise is approximately $100,000 USD, depending on store size and location.

  • Major urban shopping areas or high-end suburban malls
  • Retail surface: 800–1500 sq ft
  • Additional 20% stockroom space
  • Exclusive Must Boutique® store design

Interior design materials average approximately $20 per square foot (excluding engineering or major construction work).

Entrance fees are available upon inquiry.

The franchise package includes:

  • Opening support team
  • Continuous supervisor assistance
  • Public relations and advertising support
  • Merchandise is supplied weekly (daily during peak seasons).
  • Inventory is not purchased in large volumes to reduce risk.
  • Stores are connected via IT systems for real-time stock monitoring.
  • Automatic replenishment is managed based on each store’s unique sales performance.
